inspection available.  After completing 2 Years at Seneca college and graduating with Honors in the home inspection program Steven was convinced

that education was not the only thing necessary to be a great inspector.  Steven decided that he had to gain valuable and practical knowledge with

inspecting houses.   He the turned to one of the largest multi home inspector firms (Carson Dunlop - www.CarsonDunlop.com) for the help he needed. 

  All of Carson Dunlop's Inspectors are Engineers by profession and came with a wealth of inspection knowledge which Steven beneifted from in the field

and in the class room.    Steven took the field training progam offered by Carson Dunlop to add to his knowledge. 

Since then Steven has taken both a Mold Level 1 Assesment Course offered by one of the largest Labratories (Pro-Lab).

One thing of importance to Home Analyst Inspections and Steven is that of Conservation and Energy Efficiency in Homes.

Steven has been certified as an Home Energy Auditor (CEA) by Natural Resources Canada. and provides energy audits for existing homes under the
