I have completed over 500 hours of continuing education for Home Inspectors

• InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors-(InterNachi)
• Indoor Air Quality Consultants (IA2C)

• Steven has graduated from the Seneca College Home Inspection program with honors.  
• Steven has completed the Field Training Program from Carson Dunlop and Associates.
• Successful completion of the NACHI – Home Inspection Examination
• Successful completion of the NACHI – Roofing Inspection Examination
• Successful completion of the NACHI – Electrical Inspection  Examination
• Successful completion of the NACHI – Standards of Practice Examination.
• Adheres to the strict NACHI Code of Ethics.
• Follows the NACHI standards of practice.
• Completes 3 Days of upgrade training every year
• Over 20 years in the Customer Service Industry: 5 years as a Service Manager, responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
